Life with Suri Alpacas

Our days revolve around the care of a small herd of Suri alpacas—animals known for their calm nature and long, lustrous fleece. They’re central to our work and a big part of what makes the farm what it is.

We focus on breeding for strong, balanced conformation, even temperaments, and fleece that is fine, lustrous, and consistent in lock structure and micron. Our goal is to produce alpacas that not only meet the standard for quality but help move our program forward with each generation.

That purpose—carried through in daily care and long-term planning—shows in the fiber itself: well-structured, easy to work with, and consistent from animal to animal.

Our herd produces fiber in a range of natural colors, used in everything from raw fleece and roving to finished yarns and textiles. We take pride in knowing our animals contribute to high-quality fiber work far beyond the farm.
